I’m Charlotte Johnson, a multidisciplinary professional who brings together customer insight, business operations, data, and design. My background has taught me how to listen closely, identify inefficiencies, organize complex work, and create solutions that feel clear, useful, and intentional. I earned my Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences from the University of North Texas with concentrations in Consumer Behavior, Data Analytics, and Information Technology. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA and am also certified in Google UX Design and IBM AI Chatbot development. I’m especially interested in customer experience, business analysis, consumer insights, marketing analytics, and UX or product roles where thoughtful problem-solving can make a measurable difference. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, reading, art, traveling, and turning creative ideas into real products and experiences.
